Adva Lavie, a former Penthouse Pet and social media influencer, was arrested this week in Beverly Hills on an outstanding felony warrant related to an April investigation in Indio, California. Prosecutors allege Lavie, who also uses the name Mia Ventura, stole thousands of dollars in luxury items from guests at an Airbnb rental during the Coachella music festival.

Surveillance footage reportedly shows Lavie taking valuables from a victim's Tesla. Among the alleged stolen items were an $8,600 Rolex, Louis Vuitton sunglasses valued at $700, a $1,800 Louis Vuitton card holder, and the victim's handicap parking pass. Another victim reported over $25,000 in missing personal property, including jewelry, credit cards, and cologne.

This latest Riverside County case adds to Lavie's existing legal troubles. She was arrested in March in Los Angeles County and charged with six felonies, including grand theft, burglary, and unauthorized use of personal identifying information. Prosecutors also accused Lavie of violating her release terms by leaving Los Angeles County and obtaining an Israeli passport.

A judge had previously allowed Lavie to remain free with warnings about the alleged violations. However, her bond was revoked after prosecutors stated she removed her court-ordered GPS ankle monitor while out on bail in a separate Los Angeles County theft case.

Lavie appeared before a Los Angeles judge and faces a bail hearing to determine if she will remain incarcerated while awaiting trial. Court filings also indicate Lavie has filed a motion for diversion, in which she disclosed allegations of sexual abuse, illicit drug use, and her past as a paid escort.

The criminal case has also impacted her personal life, reportedly derailing her engagement to businessman Stephen Cloobeck. The couple separated in early June. Cloobeck was separately arrested on allegations of witness tampering in connection with Lavie's original case and is expected to enter a plea on August 7.
