Former Michigan head football coach Sherrone Moore and his wife, Kelli, are selling their Ann Arbor-area mansion for $1.7 million as they seek a fresh start following his dismissal from the university. The 5,858-square-foot home was listed seven months after Moore's termination in December 2025 due to an "inappropriate relationship" with a staff member. The couple, along with their three daughters, previously resided in the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath luxury residence, which sits on over half an acre.

The property features maple hardwood floors, a chef's kitchen, a two-story great room, a sunroom, and three fireplaces. The primary suite includes a spa-inspired bath with heated floors and a Jacuzzi, while the lower level is equipped with a fitness room and a full kitchen bar. The home, which underwent approximately $300,000 in renovations, was purchased by Moore for $1.3 million in 2023.

Moore's firing followed an investigation into an alleged affair with Paige Shiver, who served as his executive assistant. The controversy escalated on the day of his termination when Moore was arrested and initially faced felony home invasion and stalking charges after allegedly breaking into Shiver's apartment. In March, Moore pleaded no contest to misdemeanor trespassing and malicious use of a telecommunications device, receiving 18 months of probation without jail time.

Meanwhile, Shiver has filed a lawsuit against the University of Michigan, demanding the release of findings from a $12 million internal investigation. Her suit claims the university violated the Freedom of Information Act by denying her requests for records and punitive damages after Moore was fired. "It was important for our client to file this initial FOIA lawsuit to ensure the truth and facts come out," stated attorney Andrew M. Stroth. A university spokesman declined to comment.

Shiver quietly departed her position in the athletics department in the wake of the scandal. A department spokesperson confirmed her contract expired and she no longer works for Wolverines athletics, offering no further details. Shiver, 32, was a visible figure in the Wolverines football program as Moore's executive assistant. Her father, Jeff Shiver, is a scout for the Chicago Bears.

Following Moore's dismissal, Kyle Whittingham was appointed as the interim head coach for the Michigan Wolverines. The sale of the family estate marks a significant step for the Moores as they aim to sever ties with Ann Arbor and rebuild their lives privately.
