Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. is scheduled to join President Donald Trump on Air Force One on Wednesday for a flight from Las Vegas to a rally in Bullhead City, Arizona. Mayweather, a native of Las Vegas with business ties in Arizona, is expected to attend the rally as Trump campaigns for Republican candidates in the lead-up to the midterm elections.

It remains unclear if Mayweather will appear on stage with Trump, a move previously made by other athletes who have supported the President. These include Dennis Rodman, Mike Tyson, Jake Paul, Roger Clemens, and Jon Gruden, all of whom have made appearances at recent Trump rallies.

Mayweather has publicly supported Trump, calling him "the best president in my eyes" and the "best president we've ever had" in a February interview. He attended Trump's first inauguration and supported his presidency throughout his term.

Mayweather and Trump have expressed alignment on certain policy issues, particularly concerning the Middle East. Mayweather is a known supporter of Israel and reportedly donated $1 million to United Hatzalah of Israel in 2024.

Last week, Mike Tyson also traveled with Trump on the Presidential aircraft for a rally in Syracuse, New York. During the event, Trump invited Tyson onstage, where the former boxing champion thanked the President, stating, "I'm just happy to be up here with my president, President Trump. There's no way in the world I would ever be here if it wasn't for a president like Donald Trump."

Other athletes who have joined Trump at campaign events include NBA icon Dennis Rodman in Durant, Oklahoma, and former NFL coach Jon Gruden and boxer Jake Paul in Youngstown, Ohio. Additionally, Trump announced his intention to award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to MLB legend Roger Clemens during a rally in San Antonio, Texas.
