A Florida woman faces burglary and battery charges after allegedly assaulting her neighbor with a bucket of feces. The incident occurred Monday at the Royal Country Mobile Homes Park in Miami.
Police identified the suspect as Yirsi Machado Rivera, 50. According to a police report, Rivera "pooped in a bucket to throw it in the victim’s face." The victim, who lives next door to Rivera and her husband, is accused by Rivera of having an affair with her husband.
Rivera told authorities that her toilet was broken, leading her to use a bucket as a makeshift bathroom. She claimed she then used the contents of this bucket to confront her neighbor. On Sept. 7, Rivera allegedly entered the victim's trailer and dumped the feces on her before fleeing.
Rivera also reportedly claimed the neighbor had previously assaulted her with a bat during a dispute over a smell. She was arraigned Tuesday and ordered held without bond. Online records indicate Rivera remained in custody at the Miami-Dade county jail.
