Florida TikTok Creator Arrested Again for Allegedly Exposing Women's Private Data

A Florida TikTok creator, who identifies as a "demonologist" and "Grey Hat Hacker," has been arrested again on a felony charge of offense against computer users for allegedly exposing women's private information online.

Mark Stephen Asea, 36, of Port St. Lucie, was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on September 30. His bond was set at $35,000, according to sheriff’s office records. This arrest revives a criminal case that had been closed earlier this year.

Asea was first arrested in April on stalking and computer-related allegations. Prosecutors dropped those charges in May before bringing the current computer-access charge in September.

Investigators allege that Asea exposed private data of at least two women in his TikTok posts. One woman told police that her private information surfaced online after she had allowed Asea to access her computer to troubleshoot an application in October 2025. She stated that months later, Asea claimed he had placed a virus on her computer, allowing him to view information without her knowledge. She said she never authorized this access, and a photograph from a private Telegram message on her phone later appeared in one of his TikTok posts.

Asea reportedly claimed in a comment that the image came from a WhatsApp exchange, but the woman provided investigators with a screenshot showing the photograph in the Telegram message. Police also documented statements where Asea appeared to boast about tracking her location through her phone.

Another woman reported that Asea shared details about her devices and claimed to know her recent spending habits in a TikTok video. She told investigators that the password he mentioned had only been shared within a closed TikTok group chat to which Asea was not a member, though she suspected he might have joined through a fake account. She also stated she did not know how he obtained her phone identification number or banking information.

Investigators said Asea uploaded over 100 TikTok videos mentioning one woman, sometimes posting as many as six in a day. He also allegedly obtained a website where he posted a photograph of her receiving a tattoo.

Asea's TikTok biography lists him as a "Demonologist," "Clairsentient," "Empath," "PTSD," "Grey Hat Hacker," and "Woodsman." An affidavit from April documented a different biography that included "former satanist" and "cybersecurity engineer."

Asea also faced a separate civil stalking protection case over the summer. A woman obtained a temporary injunction in July, but a judge dissolved it and dismissed the case on September 8.

Prosecutors reopened the criminal case on September 24 and filed the current charge. The records do not specify why the earlier charges were dropped or what prompted the renewed prosecution. Asea is scheduled to be arraigned on November 19.
