Two teachers at the SEED School of Miami, who were previously in a relationship and share a child, were arrested following a physical altercation that occurred in a classroom on Friday. The incident involved Odiria Shaya Biggins, 36, and Terrod Torrence, 36.

According to a police report, the altercation began when Torrence left a note for Biggins requesting to speak with her. Their conversation reportedly escalated, leading to Torrence allegedly punching Biggins multiple times in the head and pushing her against a wall, causing her to lose consciousness.

Upon regaining consciousness, Biggins retrieved pepper spray from her vehicle and deployed it on Torrence, as stated in the police report. Video footage reportedly showed Torrence staggering out of the classroom, experiencing eye irritation.

Biggins was arrested on Monday, facing charges of discharging a weapon on school grounds and domestic violence battery. Torrence was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with domestic violence. The exact duration of their past relationship and the specific catalyst for the classroom fight remain unclear.
