A Florida woman, Isabelle Rose Johnson, 38, is on the run and faces a murder charge in connection with the death of 43-year-old Jason Christopher Coulthart. Authorities allege Johnson has been evading law enforcement for weeks, aided by a network of suspected accomplices.

Johnson is wanted on a warrant issued June 26. The Walton County Sheriff's Office described her as a "cunning master manipulator" who has relied on the assistance of others to remain hidden. As of the latest reports, five individuals have been arrested in connection with the murder investigation, facing charges for allegedly helping Johnson evade capture.

Investigators have released surveillance photos and a mugshot of Johnson, noting that she has altered her appearance by changing hairstyles, wearing hats, and using eyeglasses. She has also reportedly used different names, including "Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, and Denise," when interacting with people.

Coulthart's remains were discovered on June 25, buried on a property in Freeport, Florida. He had been reported missing on May 24, and his last known sighting was when he left the College Condominiums on East College Boulevard. His obituary notes he leaves behind a son.

Walton County Sheriff Michael Adkinson stated that anyone found to be assisting Johnson in evading arrest will face consequences. "If you give her a place to stay, help her hide, or lie for her, you will face consequences. This is a homicide case. We will not allow anyone to get in the way of this investigation," Adkinson said.

Multiple law enforcement agencies have contributed to a $16,000 reward for information leading to Johnson's arrest. Isabelle Rose Johnson in a law enforcement wanted snapshot. Jason Christopher Coulthart, a 43-year-old man found buried in a shallow grave.
