Florida Mother and Son Charged with Incest Following Domestic Dispute Investigation

A domestic dispute call in a quiet Florida suburb has led to shocking allegations of incest between a mother and her adult son. Christina Clemens, 47, and her stepson, Shane M. Clemens, 25, have been charged with incest and aggravated child abuse.
The investigation began when Christina's husband grew suspicious after he reportedly heard his wife and stepson behind a locked bedroom door. According to police records, the husband entered the room and discovered videos that indicated an incestuous relationship.
Police subsequently uncovered numerous obscene videos and images on electronic devices that appear to document the relationship between Christina and Shane. During questioning, Christina admitted to detectives that she had engaged in sexual intercourse with Shane approximately 100 times, according to an arrest affidavit. Shane also admitted to the relationship and stated that he and Christina had concealed their activities from others in their household.
Both mother and son are facing charges including incest and aggravated child abuse. They are currently being held in the Volusia County jail. If convicted, they each face a prison sentence of up to five years and fines of $5,000. The charges have sent ripples of shock and disgust through the local community.
