A Florida man was arrested Sunday evening on a charge of indecent exposure after allegedly being seen by a shopper touching himself while wearing only a G-string and sneakers in a Target parking lot in Oviedo. The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident around 8 p.m. after receiving a report of a man engaging in the lewd act outside the store.
According to an arrest report, the shopper observed a white male with a beard in a teal G-string and tennis shoes masturbating outside his vehicle. When questioned by deputies, the suspect, identified as 41-year-old Nicholas Lydic, stated he was changing his clothes because they had become wet.
During the arrest, deputies reportedly found a backpack containing women's underwear and sex toys inside Lydic's car. This is not Lydic's first encounter with law enforcement for similar offenses; he was previously convicted of indecent exposure in another Florida county last year.
The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and Target representatives did not immediately respond to requests for further information regarding the incident.
