Florida Driver's Mugshot Goes Viral, Sparking Online Debate

A mugshot of 19-year-old Cash Hackney, arrested in Manatee County, Florida, on Sunday for seven charges including drunk driving and cannabis possession, has become a subject of intense online discussion. Social media users have focused on Hackney's appearance, with many commenting on his looks rather than his alleged offenses.

Comments on social media platforms included remarks such as, "He can do house arrest at my place," and suggestions for a miniseries titled, "Cash Hackney, America's hottest drunk driver."

Some users have drawn comparisons between Hackney and Braden Peters, a 20-year-old social media influencer known online as Clavicular, who gained notoriety for content related to "looksmaxxing," a practice focused on enhancing aesthetic appeal. One user wrote, "Bro got a better jawline than Clavicular."

Clavicular has previously faced controversy for various methods and has also encountered legal issues. In September, he was charged in connection with allegations of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He has denied these allegations. His own mugshot went viral in March after an arrest for misdemeanor assault.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Hackney's recent arrest marks his third alleged offense within a 10-year period. His bond was set at $14,500.

A review of police records indicates that the widely shared mugshot may be from an earlier arrest. A more recent photograph of Hackney, taken in connection with the latest alleged offenses, shows him with more facial hair and a gap tooth.

Clavicular - whose real name is Braden Peters - has drawn controversy for methods such as hitting himself in the face with a hammer to make his bones grow back sharper
