A fitness influencer has ignited a debate online after posting videos of herself performing yoga and acrobatic moves in the aisle of an airplane during a flight. The influencer, identified as Rosa.Adventures, shared clips of herself doing stretches, headstands, squats, and front walkovers mid-flight, captioned with messages about maintaining mobility.

One video, which garnered approximately 600,000 views, shows the influencer moving through various poses while passengers attempt to ignore her. Some viewers questioned the authenticity of the footage, suggesting it might be fake or generated by AI. However, the majority of comments expressed frustration, with some labeling the behavior as "main character syndrome" and "extra for no reason."

The influencer defended her actions, stating that she encountered "zero issues" with flight staff or other passengers and that her activities did not impede anyone. She added that "most people did (miss it) and the few that saw it couldn’t care less." She also noted that the plane landed safely and that the promotional video led to increased business.
