Fifth Missing Woman Linked to Pennsylvania 'House of Horrors' Investigation

A fifth missing woman, Nicole Fusaro, who disappeared in 2018 at the age of 27, has been linked to a Pennsylvania "house of horrors" investigation, raising fears of serial killer involvement. Investigators recovered disturbing video footage from the Philadelphia home of deceased adult filmmaker Raymond "RC" Horsch, which allegedly shows Fusaro being strangled to death. Fusaro's cousin, Jonathan Halloran-Koren, told NBC10 that investigators believe the woman in the video is Fusaro, though police have not officially identified her, and her body has not been recovered.

Fusaro is among at least five missing women connected to Horsch's property in the Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia. Police believe at least three of these women are dead. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel and the FBI were scheduled to hold a press conference to provide updates on the case.

The investigation began in June 2026 when police stopped Eugene Horsch, 44, the son of Raymond Horsch, and found a woman in the car who identified herself as Blair Tonzelli, 35, who had been missing since 2023. Inside the vehicle, authorities discovered handguns and illegal drugs. Eugene Horsch allegedly suggested to investigators that Tonzelli would never be seen again, prompting further warrants on his father's Olney home.

Initial searches of the property on June 20 uncovered an illegal gun, a fake FBI badge, a marijuana growing operation, and five urns containing cremated remains. A subsequent search on June 25 yielded over 50 hard drives containing hundreds of thousands of images, videos, and writings.

In August, investigators announced that video evidence from a hard drive suggested two other missing women, Gabrielle Amarando, who disappeared in 2021 at age 22, and Maribel Fresses, who vanished in 2018 at age 27, were deceased. Neither of their bodies have been found. Amarando's mother confirmed on Facebook that police possessed video of her daughter alive and then dead.

Raymond 'RC' Horsch, who died last year at age 82, was known for publishing violent snuff films and writing erotic, sadomasochistic books. The investigation also prompted police to re-examine the disappearance of Amy McHale, Horsch's former wife, who disappeared in June 2016 at age 44 and was last seen at the Olney property. McHale had appeared in Horsch's films and photographs.

Investigators reportedly interviewed individuals who knew Horsch, who claimed he bragged about killing people and dissolving bodies with chemicals. A homemade laboratory containing containers of an unknown oily substance was also found at the residence. The FBI's Evidence Recovery Team processed the lab, and samples of the substance were sent for analysis to determine if they contain human remains. Eugene Horsch remains in federal custody on illegal gun possession charges, and has not been charged in connection with the missing women. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Philadelphia police.
