Ellidy Pullin's partner, Brock Wadsworth, was compelled to propose during a flight to Europe after their daughter, Minnie, inadvertently revealed the surprise. The influencer shared a video on Instagram documenting the moment she accepted Wadsworth's proposal while seated in a first-class cabin.

"Minnie just came up to me on the plane and said, 'Can you marry Broccoli?' and he goes, 'F**k, you blew it Minnie'," Pullin explained in the video. Wadsworth had intended to propose during a boat excursion as part of their overseas holiday.

Pullin shared her surprise on Instagram, writing, "And that was how the cookie accidentally crumbled. Best surprise ever, just us, up in the sky, no frills and no WiFi. I am still on a big fat high from that moment. I LOVE YOU @brockwad FOREVER!"

The couple announced their engagement last month. The ring, reportedly valued between $250,000 and $350,000, features a four-carat, old mine cushion-cut natural diamond set in yellow gold. Alder Fine Jewellery confirmed the diamond is natural and has the visual spread of a five-carat stone. The design bears similarities to the engagement ring Travis Kelce gave Taylor Swift.

The pair announced their engagement last month, after Brock handed over a diamond ring worth up to $350,000

This engagement marks a new chapter for Pullin, six years after the death of her former partner, Olympic snowboarder Alex 'Chumpy' Pullin, who drowned in a spearfishing accident in July 2020 at the age of 32. Pullin and Pullin had their daughter, Minnie, in October 2021, conceived via posthumous sperm retrieval.

Wadsworth is a contractor and managing director of Wadsworth Contracting based on the Gold Coast.
