Ferne McCann has shared photos showcasing her body transformation and celebrating three years of maintaining a three-stone weight loss. The former star of The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) posted a series of bikini photos on Friday, emphasizing her achievement of keeping the weight off without fluctuations.
McCann, 36, has been open about her postpartum weight loss journey, which began after the birth of her youngest daughter, Finty, in 2023. She initially overhauled her lifestyle, focusing on nutrition and high-intensity interval training. She has continued to maintain her healthy habits and weight, regularly updating her social media followers.
In her recent Instagram post, McCann highlighted that "sustainable habits" and "consistency" were key to her success. She stated, "I lost 3 stone…but the biggest win? I’ve kept it off. No yo-yoing. No piling the weight back on. No constantly feeling like I need to start again."
McCann's video, which promoted her 21 Day Reset Challenge, included images from after Finty's birth, showing a fuller figure. Subsequent mirror selfies in various bikinis and underwear documented her gradual weight loss, culminating in a confident display of her toned physique.
She is a mother to Sunday, eight, from a previous relationship, and Finty, three, with husband Lorri Haines, 34. Earlier this year, McCann shared details of her daily diet, emphasizing that "everything has to be high protein and delicious."
Her typical day of eating includes a breakfast smoothie with multivitamins and creatine, a mid-morning snack of protein chips and cottage cheese dip, lunch of sardines on sourdough toast, and a bun-less burger with high-protein sauce for dinner. An after-dinner snack consists of Greek yogurt with blueberries and a chopped chocolate and almond protein bar.
McCann stated that she does not believe in restrictive dieting or cutting out foods, advocating instead for consistency and daily healthy habits. "Trust me when you take care of the day to day and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling deprived, exhausted or HANGRY that’s when results actually last!"
In December, she noted a shift in her body composition, feeling leaner, tighter, more defined, and stronger. She attributed this to following her nutrition plan, being mindful of calories, and fueling her body with nutritious food, all done with consistency.

In October 2025, McCann proudly shared that over the preceding seven years, she had lost weight, cut body fat after two pregnancies, toned up, and maintained her physique without feeling bored or restricted.
