A married federal prison guard at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, has been charged with sexual abuse following an investigation into an alleged affair with an inmate. Jordan Pensak, 27, faces charges after investigators reportedly found explicit text messages, pictures, and videos on her phone and the inmate's phone.

The criminal complaint details alleged exchanges, including references to "vibrating panties" and "big man hands." According to reports, the relationship began sometime after Pensak started working in the inmate's unit in 2024. Investigators allege the pair engaged in sexual acts in an office with other inmates reportedly serving as lookouts.

One text message cited in the complaint, allegedly from Pensak in early 2026, describes a close call: "the lookout knocked on the door and opened it without us saying shit and he almost seen dick swanginnn."

The complaint also mentions a pregnancy scare and text messages with a person believed to be a former inmate, where Pensak allegedly described graphic sexual encounters. She reportedly complained about the current lookout situation after the inmate left.

A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed that Pensak has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal proceedings. If convicted, she faces a maximum of 15 years in prison. The U.S. Attorney's Office for New Jersey confirmed her release on bail after the charges were filed.

The Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Dix is the same facility where Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently serving a sentence.
