FBI Unearths Disturbing Videos in Home of Suspected Serial Killer Linked to Missing Cousin
An investigation into a missing woman's disappearance led to the discovery of extensive disturbing video material in the Philadelphia home of Raymond 'RC' Horsch.
FBI agents discovered a vast collection of disturbing videos and images within the Philadelphia home of Raymond 'RC' Horsch, a man previously identified by a relative searching for a missing cousin. The discovery came during an investigation that began months prior when Jonathan Halloran-Koren started looking for his missing cousin, Nicole Fusaro.
During his search, Halloran-Koren heard Horsch's name repeatedly mentioned in the neighborhood. This led to an investigation by the FBI, whose evidence response teams excavated the backyard of Horsch's home on October 15. The search reportedly uncovered more than a million photographs and films depicting women who appeared to be injured, unconscious, or lifeless.
Nicole Fusaro, 27, was last seen alive in Kensington on the night of July 19, 2018. Her mother, Diane Fusaro, died in 2020 without knowing her daughter's fate, according to Halloran-Koren.
Horsch, who died last year at the age of 82, was described as a violent pornographer and erotica photographer. In 2014, he self-published a memoir that appeared to be a fictional account of a serial killer. He was also previously linked to the disappearance of his ex-wife, Amy McHale, who went missing in 2016.
