FBI Agents Reported Silent UFO Sighting Over Western National Security Site
Newly declassified documents detail an encounter with a triangular, dark, and silent craft exhibiting advanced speed and maneuverability.
Two FBI agents and a third official observed an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) in June over a sensitive "national security site" in the western United States, according to recently declassified government records. The object, described as a matte black triangle with no visible means of propulsion, hovered silently before accelerating at speeds comparable to a military fighter jet.
The incident, detailed in documents from the Defense Department and the FBI, occurred over two days, with the primary sighting witnessed by agents at one observation post and corroborated by a nearby observer. The UAP was reported to be between nine to 15 feet in wingspan and one to two feet thick. Its exterior was non-reflective and featureless, with infrared sensors detecting no discernible heat source.
Witnesses reported that the craft executed a slow, vertical ascent without tilting or wobbling, remaining completely silent throughout. The agents noted that any conventional aircraft of similar size should have been audibly detectable from their vantage point approximately 1.4 miles away. Following the initial hover, the object ascended rapidly and disappeared behind terrain within seconds.
Searches of the area yielded no evidence of wreckage or debris. The report indicated that this sighting was similar to other unidentified aerial object incidents previously reported in the western United States region. The matter remains under investigation.
