In a candid interview for "60 Minutes," set to air Sunday night, Clancy shared his perspective on the tragedy, stating he believes he "did the best I could with what I had at the time."

Lindsay Clancy fatally attacked their children—5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan—in January 2023. Her defense has attributed the killings to postpartum psychosis.

During the interview, Clancy was asked if he harbored any anger toward himself or felt he had failed in some way. He responded, "I live with the outcome. I live with it every day."
