Victoria Lee, 37, arrived at her wedding ceremony in Mark, Somerset, on the back of her favorite Swiss cow, White Chocolate Button.
Lee described the cow as "pretty much my best friend." She had previously trained White Chocolate Button to be ridden, a process she decided to undertake after growing up on a farm where cows were ridden instead of ponies. While Lee attempted to train another cow, Basil, to be ridden, that cow was not amenable to the idea.
The cow only carried Lee for the final stretch of the journey to the church, as she had been brought to the village via tractor. Lee was accompanied by her bridesmaids, who walked alongside her as she approached the church on White Chocolate Button.
After the ceremony, Lee and her new husband, Mike, returned to their farm to milk the cows before joining their guests at the reception. White Chocolate Button was not invited to the reception.
The couple was met by groomsmen who held farming tools in a guard of honor for them before guests proceeded to the reception.
