Far-left podcaster Jennifer Welch recently launched a vitriolic attack against former First Lady Melania Trump, labeling her an "absolutely horrific person" during an episode of her YouTube show, "I've Had It." Welch, who describes herself as an "atheist from the Bible Belt" and frequently targets Christian conservatives, also extended her criticism to the broader Trump family.

In clips circulating on social media, Welch expressed a strong personal dislike for Melania Trump, stating, "I don't like anything for Melania. And I wish I could be the bigger person and say that I do, but I don't." The podcaster continued her remarks by referencing the documentary "Melania," and the reported $40 million sale of rights, to suggest the former First Lady's actions were driven by a desire to control public perception rather than a genuine shift in her public image.

Welch also commented on the perceived motivations of the Trump family, asserting, "They care what everybody thinks about them, and they want to change everybody's opinion on them." She criticized the family's public image, claiming, "We are elevating the bad guy right here. We are elevating the most dysfunctional family in the United States, and wrapping it up in traditional Christian values. It’s just such bulls---."

This is not the first time Welch has drawn criticism for her commentary. Previous episodes of her podcast have featured sharp critiques of homeschooling parents, with Welch coining the phrase "trickle-down stupidity." She also made disparaging remarks about the late Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, reportedly discussing rumors about his personal life.

The former First Lady's office did not respond to a request for comment on Welch's remarks.
