Fans Compete in George Kittle Look-Alike Contest Ahead of 49ers Victory

Before the San Francisco 49ers secured their fourth consecutive victory of the season, a George Kittle look-alike contest drew enthusiastic fans to Levi's Stadium. The competition, which offered a pair of 49ers season tickets to the winner, showcased a range of fan dedication.

Contestants donned Kittle's No. 85 jerseys, some complementing their attire with blonde wigs and fake beards to capture the tight end's distinctive appearance. Others seemed to possess natural similarities to the player.

One participant, identified as Nickey, expressed strong confidence in his resemblance to Kittle, stating, "My name is Nickey and George Kittle looks like me." Another fan shared their eagerness to participate, saying, "I found out about the contest last week and I was like, ‘I’m buying tickets, I have to.'"

Competitors took to a stage, some carrying Bud Light beer kegs, as they presented their Kittle impersonations. Details on who ultimately won the contest remain undisclosed.

Meanwhile, George Kittle himself is continuing his strong performance on the field. This season marks his return after tearing his Achilles tendon during a Wild Card game in January. On Sunday, Kittle recorded four receptions for 70 yards and scored his fourth touchdown of the season on a 56-yard screen pass reception. He has now had a touchdown reception in each of the 49ers' last three games, accumulating 16 receptions for 244 yards overall this season.

The 49ers defeated the Denver Broncos 24-14 in the game that followed the fan event, improving their season record to 4-0.
