Annemarie Wiley has accused her husband, former NFL player Marcellus Wiley, of repeated rape and abuse throughout their marriage, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles. The allegations were detailed in an application for a restraining order.

Annemarie Wiley claims her husband subjected her to a "continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation," adding that their children have witnessed much of this behavior. She stated that one of the earliest incidents occurred in 2012, when she alleged Wiley "raped me while I was intoxicated."

She further detailed other alleged incidents, including Wiley throwing a food tray at her head with significant force in approximately 2012, and attempting to engage in sexual acts with two of her friends in their home the same year. In 2014, she claims Wiley punched her, causing a black eye and split lip, during an altercation in a Las Vegas hotel room. Approximately five years later, in 2019, Annemarie Wiley alleged that her husband hurled a full bottle of Coca-Cola at her head while she was nine months pregnant. She also asserted that Wiley broke her thumb in front of their children in August 2025.

According to the filing, Wiley has subjected her to "constant criticism, cruel and sarcastic remarks, and intimidation," describing his verbal and emotional abuse as constant, with physical abuse occurring about once a month or more frequently. She expressed fear for her safety and that of their children.

Annemarie Wiley concurrently filed for divorce. A judge has not yet ruled on the request for a restraining order. A message seeking comment from Marcellus Wiley was not returned.

The couple, married for over a decade, share three children. The filing follows Marcellus Wiley's arrest on July 4 in Florida, where Annemarie Wiley reportedly told police he poked her cheek and threatened her life during a dispute at their Orlando hotel. He was booked on a domestic battery charge.

Following his release from jail, Marcellus Wiley posted on X, formerly Twitter, proclaiming his innocence. "I completely and unequivocally deny these allegations, and I’m certain the truth will prevail," he wrote. He stated that while he is usually quick to address facts, the legal nature of the matter and his responsibility to protect his children necessitate a different approach. He added that he would speak freely when able to do so. MIA1:
