Ethan Klein Fired from 'H3 Podcast' Amid Wife's Affair Accusations

YouTuber Ethan Klein has been fired from the "H3 Podcast" after his wife and co-host, Hila Klein, accused him of having an affair. Hila Klein announced the news on Instagram, stating she was "living a nightmare I can’t wake up from" and had been "fed lie after lie after lie for months."
Hila detailed her suspicions and eventual confirmation of the affair. She explained that when she initially confronted Ethan, she was met with dismissive responses, leading her to question her own instincts. "Eventually, he was caught in a lie, and I knew I was done," she wrote, adding that Ethan continued to lie about the details until he finally admitted to the affair, which had reportedly been ongoing for over six months.
"The betrayal I feel is immeasurable," Hila stated. "The person I loved and trusted for 20 years evaporated overnight. He was my safe place, my partner in marriage, parenting, and business. My only family on this side of the world."
The "H3 Podcast" team released a statement confirming Ethan's firing and expressing solidarity with Hila. "We stand with Hila and will support her every step of the way," the statement read. "We’re disgusted by Ethan’s actions and the hurt he has caused. We all deserved better: Hila, us, and you."
The podcast crew stated they were "shocked, angry, and heartbroken" by Ethan's affair and decided to sever ties with him immediately after learning of the situation. They acknowledged uncertainty about the future of the podcast, indicating that "There’s a lot to work through." Ethan Klein has been a prominent figure in online commentary and comedy since the podcast's launch in 2016, which has garnered over 2.5 million YouTube subscribers.
