ESPN NFL draft analyst Matt Miller has been charged with a misdemeanor in connection with a car crash that occurred on June 17 and resulted in the amputation of his left arm. Court records indicate Miller was charged Tuesday with one count of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway when the roadway was of sufficient width, resulting in an accident.

Miller, 43, is scheduled to appear in a Missouri court on September 21. According to his citation, failure to appear could lead to the suspension of his driver's license or a warrant for his arrest.

The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m. in Jasper County. Dashcam video obtained by The Post shows Miller driving a 2023 Ford Bronco, drifting from his lane into oncoming traffic and colliding with a truck. The impact was severe enough that Miller was ejected from his vehicle, sustaining multiple injuries including a broken femur, kneecap, and ribs.

Missouri State Highway Patrol officials identified Miller's "improper lane usage/change" as the probable contributing circumstance to the accident. Authorities stated it was unknown if alcohol or marijuana use was involved.

Following the crash, several X users accused Miller of withholding prize money and/or charitable payments. The Missouri Attorney General's Office has since opened an investigation into these claims.

In a statement on July 10, Miller announced he was "stepping away indefinitely" from his role at ESPN to focus on his healing and recovery.
