Matt Pawlowski, 48, was last seen paddleboarding near Jupiter Beach at approximately 9 a.m. on Monday.
The U.S. Coast Guard has launched a search for Pawlowski, who was reported missing by his family after he failed to return from his outing. His yellow and lime green paddleboard was found about 10 miles offshore Jupiter Island by a good Samaritan and has since been returned to the local police department.
Air and surface crews have been deployed to search areas near Pawlowski's last known position. He was last seen wearing a white hat, an orange shirt, and gray shorts, according to the Coast Guard.
