Emma Willis recently took a break with her husband, Matt, at the MAYRLIFE Medical Health Resort Altaussee in Austria. The TV presenter, 50, shared photos from the wellness retreat on Instagram, showcasing their time spent enjoying massages, cooking classes, and the surrounding mountain scenery.

Willis described the clinic as her idea of a perfect holiday and expressed her fascination with understanding the human body, particularly gut health. She admitted to feeling guilty when prioritizing herself but found the peaceful environment conducive to introspection. "What I loved most is that it wasn't about making it perfect or finding a quick fix. It was about understanding your body a little better and making small changes that you can actually take home with you," she stated.

The couple's retreat comes ahead of a busy period for Willis, who was announced as a new host for the BBC's 'Strictly Come Dancing'. She will be joined by Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe, marking a shift to a three-host format after 22 years with two presenters.

"It's no secret that I'm a huge fan of Strictly – I've cheered and danced along from my sofa for years – so to be stepping into the Strictly ballroom is something I can't quite comprehend," Willis said about her new role. She acknowledged the iconic status of previous hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, expressing hope to help guide the show into its next chapter.

Co-host Johannes Radebe shared his excitement, calling the opportunity "beyond anything I ever imagined." He emphasized 'Strictly Come Dancing's' core values of joy, heart, and togetherness, and expressed his honor in contributing to its future alongside Willis and Widdicombe.
