Kim Scott, the ex-wife of rapper Eminem, has been sent to jail after a judge rescinded her bond, which prosecutors allege she violated multiple times. The move comes after a period of legal and personal turmoil for Scott, including recent DUI arrests and a reported suicide attempt.

Scott pleaded no contest in May to a DUI charge stemming from an earlier car crash. Days later, she was arrested again for driving under the influence. According to CBS, a judge ordered her to jail this Friday after determining she had violated the terms of her bond. One alleged violation involved her alcohol tether, a device that monitors alcohol consumption.

Last month, Scott was reportedly hospitalized after an alleged suicide attempt. Dispatch audio obtained by TMZ detailed the events leading up to her hospitalization, with a caller reporting that Scott had cut her wrist and was bleeding, and that she was initially unresponsive. Emergency responders were dispatched to her Michigan home, and she was transported to a local medical center for treatment.

Hailie Jade Mathers, Scott's daughter with Eminem, is reportedly worried about her mother's well-being. A source told Page Six that Hailie has "never stopped loving her mom no matter what" and "just wants to see her healthy again." Despite a history of difficulties in their relationship, Hailie has tried not to judge her mother, understanding the challenges she has faced.

"Any time something happens with her mom, it’s emotional because she never wants to get that kind of news," the source added, noting that Scott's "latest health scare was really hard on" the 30-year-old podcaster. Becoming a wife and mother herself has reportedly given Hailie a deeper appreciation for complex family dynamics, and she aims to support her mother while also safeguarding her own family.

Scott's earlier DUI arrest in May involved allegedly hitting a parked car. She was taken into custody and booked on suspicion of DUI. She had also missed court hearings, leading to bench warrants that were later revoked upon her arraignment. The bond set for Scott was $10,000. Her vehicle at the time of the May arrest was reportedly a white Range Rover, which collided with a parked Dodge Ram, pushing the truck approximately 50 feet.

Scott and Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, were married twice. They first wed in 1999, divorced in 2001, remarried in 2006, and divorced again later that year. They share a daughter, Hailie Jade, born in 1995. Eminem also adopted Alaina Marie Scott, the daughter of Scott's sister, and adopted Stevie Laine Scott, Scott's son with another partner, in 2005.
