Kim Scott, the ex-wife of rapper Eminem, currently has an active arrest warrant after she missed a court hearing for a suspected DUI. Officials confirmed on Wednesday that Scott, 51, was scheduled to appear before Judge William H. Hackel III in Macomb County District Court in Michigan but did not attend.

Prosecutors requested a bench warrant be issued and that the bond for pre-trial proceedings be forfeited, according to reports. Scott had not been taken into custody as of Wednesday.

The hearing was scheduled approximately five weeks after Scott was arrested on May 14 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, on suspicion of driving under the influence. At the time of the incident, Chesterfield Township Police Department Detective Sgt. Joseph Feld told TMZ that Scott drove her vehicle into a parked car in Detroit. She was subsequently booked on a suspected DUI charge at Macomb County Jail.

This arrest came after Scott pleaded no contest in court the previous month in connection with an incident on February 16. In that event, she was accused of crashing her white Range Rover into a parked Dodge Ram. The collision reportedly pushed the truck 50 feet. Scott was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage.

Scott was married to Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers III, from 1999 to 2001, and they remarried in 2006 before divorcing later that year. The couple has one daughter together, Hailie Jade. Scott also has a son, Parker, from another relationship, and a child named Stevie Laine Scott, who was adopted by Eminem in 2005. Eminem also adopted Alaina Marie Scott, the daughter of Scott's sister.
