Emily Ratajkowski recently shared a collection of personal photos on Instagram, including a daring mirror selfie in a plunging black swimsuit and an intimate moment with her boyfriend, French filmmaker Romain Gavras. The carousel of images was captioned, "lotsa LA lately."
One of the featured photographs shows Ratajkowski in a one-piece swimsuit with a deep neckline and high-cut sides, paired with oversized sunglasses and black shorts. Another close-up selfie captures her with pink and orange rollers in her hair, also wearing sunglasses and holding a cigarette.
The inclusion of the cigarette in the latter photo sparked varied reactions from followers, with some questioning the trend among influencers, while others offered compliments. Model Irina Shayk commented on the post with a series of fire emojis.
The Instagram post also included a black-and-white image of Ratajkowski and Gavras sharing a kiss. This intimate snapshot follows several public appearances by the couple, including the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on October 17 and the MTV Video Music Awards in September. At the VMAs, Ratajkowski appeared to subtly acknowledge Gavras by wearing an "RG" manicure.
Ratajkowski and Gavras were first linked in November 2025 and later shared photos together on Instagram in February 2026. Ratajkowski previously wrote about her experiences with dating and independence in a June 2026 essay for The Cut, reflecting on her divorce from film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard and her journey as a single mother.
