Emily Baldoni, wife of actor Justin Baldoni, seemingly alluded to the recent legal dispute between her husband and Blake Lively in an Instagram post celebrating their 13th wedding anniversary.

On Monday, Emily shared a black-and-white photo from her 2013 wedding, where Justin lifted her in his arms. She captioned the image, "Marriage: still my favorite lift. 😜 Thirteen, baby!!" The phrasing has led to speculation among social media users that she was referencing Lively's past allegations against Justin.

Lively had accused Justin Baldoni of inquiring about her weight ahead of a scripted lift scene in their film "It Ends With Us." According to court documents filed by Lively's trainer, Don Saladino, Baldoni allegedly asked about Lively's weight to determine if he could perform the lift. Saladino reportedly found this request disingenuous, noting Baldoni's existing fitness regimen included exercises for back strength.

Social media users interpreted Emily Baldoni's "favorite lift" caption as a pointed remark, with some commenters noting it as "sick shade" or a "nice burn." Others suggested Lively was "living rent-free" in Emily's mind.

Justin Baldoni also posted an anniversary tribute to his wife, sharing a lighter moment. "Thirteen years later… we’re still dancing. ❤️ Happy anniversary, my love. I’m pretty sure this was the exact moment my pants ripped open. 😂," he wrote.

The legal battle between Lively and Justin Baldoni, which began in December 2024 when Lively sued him for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and lost wages, was settled in May. The couple has maintained a united front throughout the proceedings. Emily Baldoni accompanied her husband to court in February and was seen on multiple trips with him in 2025.

In a recent Instagram video, the couple broke their silence on the legal drama. Emily stated, "We’ve had to wrestle with so many things and try to understand so many things, like how can something happen like this even happen — let alone disguised as a fight for women." Justin added, "There have been so many painful things spoken into existence over the last couple years. And that created so much noise, and we didn’t want to add to the noise. So we just wanted to let the justice system run its course."

Despite the settlement, Lively is reportedly seeking over $8 million in legal fees from Justin Baldoni, a figure his team has described as "excessive."
