Actress Emily Atack is preparing for a second wedding celebration with her husband, scientist Alistair Garner, this weekend. The couple, who recently married in the UK, are set to host approximately 200 guests in the Spanish hilltop town of Mojacar.

This destination wedding follows their initial ceremony and a garden party in Bedfordshire last month. Atack, known for her role in 'Rivals', expressed her enthusiasm for repeating the celebration, stating, "I can’t believe we get to do all that again in a few weeks time. Christ, we have fun don’t we."

The choice of Mojacar holds personal significance for Atack, as her father, Keith, owned a summer home there until 2018, and she has been a frequent visitor since childhood. Local press in Almeria have reported that the celebrations will take place in the town's old center, specifically at the Mirador de Mojacar square and two nearby restaurants. Access to these areas will be restricted.

Atack, 36, and Garner welcomed their son Barney in June 2024 and became engaged in July 2025. She previously told The Telegraph in 2020 that Mojacar is her "favourite place on Earth" and that the family visits every year.

This Spanish celebration is described by Atack as a "fat, f***-off party." She has also stated that children will not be permitted at the three-day event, a rule she noted has been met with general acceptance from friends and family.

Following their UK wedding, Atack shared images of her bridal gown and details of their reception, which included a personalized McDonald's van serving McFlurries to guests. She described the van as "the most amazing" gift for the day.
