Influencer and podcaster Ellidy Pullin recently announced her engagement to boyfriend Brock Wadsworth, showcasing a diamond ring estimated by experts to be worth between $250,000 and $350,000.
Nilesh Rakholia, founder of Abelini jewellers, analyzed the ring, noting its elongated, cushion-cut diamond set in a yellow-gold bezel. He estimates the center stone to be approximately five carats and of high quality, contributing to its significant valuation. Rakholia suggested that a visually comparable ring with a lab-grown diamond could range from $7,000 to $12,000.
Rakholia highlighted the bezel setting as a distinctive and practical design choice, offering a cleaner silhouette and better protection for the diamond compared to traditional claw settings. This design, he noted, is similar to the engagement ring given to pop superstar Taylor Swift by Travis Kelce in 2025, which Rakholia stated helped bring bezel settings back into mainstream popularity.
"The appeal is easy to understand. People want engagement rings that feel a little less formulaic, but still practical enough for everyday wear. A bezel gives you both," Rakholia said. He described Pullin's ring as "a really good example of why bezel settings are having a moment."
Pullin, 34, announced the engagement on Instagram, sharing photos from a trip to Europe where Wadsworth proposed. The couple celebrated their engagement with romantic photographs, including one on a beach where Pullin displayed her ring.
This engagement marks a new chapter for Pullin, six years after the death of her former partner, Olympic snowboarder Alex 'Chumpy' Pullin, who drowned in July 2020. Pullin later welcomed their daughter, Minnie, in October 2021, conceived through posthumous sperm retrieval.
Wadsworth is described as a Gold Coast-based contractor and managing director for Wadsworth Contracting.
