Elle Macpherson, 62, has once again fueled speculation regarding cosmetic procedures after showcasing a notably smooth complexion during an appearance on the Australian morning show Sunrise.

The supermodel, currently in Melbourne, spoke with hosts Nat Barr and Matt Shirvington about health, aging, and her supplement brand, WelleCo. Macpherson's visage, described as remarkably line-free, prompted renewed discussion about her ageless appearance.

During the interview, Macpherson reflected on the societal pressures mature women face to maintain a youthful look. She suggested that individuals have more resources available to them today and can choose to prioritize either external beauty or internal well-being and confidence. "When you are feeling strong and supported inside… it sort of exudes and you become sort of charismatic, magnetic even," she stated.

This appearance reignited past conversations about Macpherson's beauty regimen. In November 2023, she appeared to confirm the use of injectables like fillers and Botox by publicly endorsing celebrity facial injector Dr. Joseph Hkeik. She shared a post on Instagram Stories encouraging her followers to book appointments with him while he was in London.

However, Macpherson has also attributed her youthful look to natural methods. In past interviews, she detailed how a significant lifestyle change in her fifties, prompted by not feeling well and experiencing issues with her skin, hair, and digestion, led her to a nutritionist. The nutritionist recommended a natural multivitamin, prebiotic, and probiotic powder instead of synthetic supplements.

Macpherson has described this dietary shift as transformative, stating that after a month on the new plan, she looked and felt significantly better. This experience was the impetus for her to launch her own natural supplement business and wellness brand, WelleCo.
