Elizabeth Hurley Sparks Engagement Rumors with Billy Ray Cyrus
The actress posted a photo on Instagram from the set of "The 'Burbs" wearing a prominent diamond ring on her left hand.
Elizabeth Hurley has ignited speculation about a potential engagement to Billy Ray Cyrus after sharing a series of photos on Instagram. The actress, 61, posted behind-the-scenes images from the set of her project "The 'Burbs" on Monday, noticeably sporting a large diamond ring on her left ring finger.
In the images, Hurley is seen lounging in her trailer, wearing only a white waffle robe. The prominent piece of jewelry has led to questions from fans, with one commenter asking if she would be addressed as "Mrs. Cyrus." It remains unclear if the ring is a costume piece for her character, Bev Fisher, or a personal item.
Hurley and Cyrus first met on the set of their 2022 film "Christmas in Paradise" and confirmed their relationship in April 2025. The couple has since appeared together on several red carpets.
Last year, Hurley told Page Six that their relationship might be surprising to some, but that they share many common interests. "It’s not surprising to me because we’re actually quite similar and get on extremely well," she stated. "We both like to laugh a lot, and we both love the country. And we both love country music, both love movies. We’ve got a lot in common."
This is not the first time Hurley has been seen with significant engagement-style rings. She was previously engaged to businessman Arun Nayar, who gave her a 15.09-carat Asscher-cut ring, and later to former Australian cricketer Shane Warne, who presented her with a 9-carat sapphire and diamond ring. Hurley and Warne were together from 2011 to 2013, but never married.
