Canadian actress Elisha Cuthbert has sold her Los Angeles home, which was most recently listed at $2.09 million. The sale comes as Cuthbert returns to acting after a four-year break to focus on her family.

The traditional-style residence, built in 1936, is located near the landmark Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood. The property was initially listed for $2.34 million last March and saw a price reduction to $2.09 million on June 25 before an offer was accepted on July 2, with the listing now marked as "contingent."

Cuthbert originally purchased the home for $1.64 million in 2005. She is married to retired NFL player Dion Phaneuf, and the couple has two children: a daughter born in 2017 and a son born in 2022.

Cuthbert, known for her role in the series "24," is now starring in the Prime Video series "Every Year After." She recently shared that the time after her children were enrolled in school allowed her to re-enter the workforce. "I feel like I have the space and the energy and the heart to kind of leave them and do it," Cuthbert said, reflecting on her past experiences balancing work and motherhood.

"Every Year After" marks Cuthbert's first major acting role since the 2022 film "Bandid." The 2,109-square-foot home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open chef's kitchen, dining areas, and neutral-toned interiors that open onto outdoor spaces. The property also includes hardwood and tile floors and various options for alfresco dining.
