Eddie Redmayne and Wife Hannah Bagshawe Attend Saint Laurent Paris Fashion Week Party
The couple, married for nearly 12 years, made a rare public appearance together at the A-list event in Paris.
Eddie Redmayne and his wife, Hannah Bagshawe, were seen together at a Saint Laurent party during Paris Fashion Week on Thursday. The couple, who have been married for nearly 12 years, appeared in matching black attire for the event.
Bagshawe wore a black mini dress, while Redmayne opted for a jumper and tie. The couple, who have two children, daughter Iris and son Luke, have known each other for 26 years. Redmayne, 44, and Bagshawe, 43, will celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary in December.
Redmayne, an Oscar-winning actor, shared in a 2016 interview that he and Bagshawe first met at a charity fashion show when they were teenagers. Redmayne attended Eton College, and Bagshawe was a student at a nearby girls' boarding school. They reportedly reconnected at a party after the show.
Their romantic relationship began in January 2012 when Redmayne invited Bagshawe on a trip to Florence during a break from filming "Les Miserables." Redmayne recalled in 2015 that their first official date took place during this trip.
The couple became engaged in June 2014 and married later that year at Babington House. Redmayne has spoken about how Bagshawe helps keep him grounded amid the demands of his acting career.
Redmayne's recent work includes producing and starring in the Sky series "The Day of the Jackal," for which he received multiple award nominations. His upcoming project, the thriller film "Panic Carefully," directed by Sam Esmail and co-starring Julia Roberts and Elizabeth Olsen, is slated for a spring 2027 release.
