Earl Spencer Apologizes to Piers Morgan for Factual Error in Diana Book
Earl Spencer has issued an apology to broadcaster Piers Morgan regarding an inaccuracy in his recently published memoir about Diana, Princess of Wales.

In his book, titled "Swan Song: Diana, My Sister," Earl Spencer stated that Morgan was the editor of the Daily Mirror when the newspaper group published intrusive photographs of Diana at a gym. Earl Spencer, the late princess's brother, has since acknowledged that this assumption was incorrect.
"He apologises to Mr Morgan for this error," a statement confirmed. The book's publisher, Penguin, will be updating future editions to reflect the correction.
