Eamonn Holmes' girlfriend, Katie Alexander, has posted a cryptic message about "knowing her worth" on social media, following reports that she has moved out of the television presenter's flat.

The couple reportedly began dating in 2024 after the breakdown of Holmes' marriage to his wife of 14 years, Ruth Langsford. News of their reported separation emerged last week, with sources indicating they are taking time apart.

Alexander is said to be devastated by the situation, reportedly moving her belongings out of their rented £1.3 million home on Friday. A source told The Sun on Sunday, "Katie is still very much together with Eamonn and in love, but she's moved out of the flat. It's an incredibly sad situation — she loved it there and the time they spent together making it home."

Holmes suffered a stroke in April and has been hospitalized since. Alexander had reportedly been splitting her time between their three-bedroom Surrey flat and her home in West Yorkshire. Prior to his stroke, Holmes had spoken positively about his relationship with Alexander. In March, he described her as "the perfect tonic" for his health issues. He noted their shared tastes in food had brought them closer. Holmes has faced various health challenges in recent years, including major spinal surgery in 2022 for slipped discs and arthritis in his spine.

Amidst his health struggles, reports suggest Holmes may not return to his role at GB News. After being away from the studio for six months, his recovery is understood to be taking longer than anticipated, leading to speculation that his career may be over.
