Dylan Field Tops Silicon Valley Executive Pay with $864 Million

Dylan Field, the 34-year-old co-founder and CEO of software company Figma, has been revealed as the highest-paid executive in Silicon Valley, earning an estimated $864 million. The findings, compiled by the San Francisco Chronicle using data from various databases as of late September 2026, highlight significant compensation packages for leaders in the technology sector.

Field, who founded Figma in 2012, dropped out of Brown University after receiving a Thiel Fellowship, a program that supports young entrepreneurs. His company, Figma, is a design and prototyping tool for software.

Following Field on the list is Sanjay Beri, co-founder, CEO, and chairman of the cybersecurity company Netskope, who earned $235 million. Hock Eng Tan, 74, president, CEO, and director of semiconductor giant Broadcom Inc., ranked third with $205 million. Tan has also been a member of the President's National Security and Telecommunications Advisory Committee since 2020 and serves on Meta's Board of Directors.

Kris Rasmussen, 42, chief technology officer at Figma, secured the fourth position with $175 million. Nikesh Arora, 58, CEO of Palo Alto Networks Inc., is the fifth highest-earning executive, making $100 million.

During Cook's tenure as CEO from 2011 to September 1, Apple's market value grew from approximately $350 billion to nearly $5 trillion.
