Dunkin' is bringing back its 48-ounce Iced Beverage Buckets starting August 7, offering customers a large-format option for iced coffees and Refreshers. This marks the return of the popular item, which was first introduced in February and tested in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

The buckets are priced at $12.99 and include the cost of the beverage. Customers can fill them with any Dunkin' iced coffee or Refresher. The offering will be available at participating locations, and customers are advised to call ahead to confirm availability.

This iteration of the beverage buckets includes an upgrade: a custom holder designed to fit securely into a standard car cup holder. This addition comes after an initial market test indicated a demand for a more portable solution for the large beverage containers.

Like the initial release, the buckets and their holders will only be available for a limited time. Dunkin' offered early access to the buckets on July 29 for loyalty program members who achieved boosted status. This status, earned by visiting Dunkin' 12 times in a calendar month, grants members 12 points per dollar spent for three months.

For those seeking beverage suggestions, Dunkin' highlighted options such as the Cherry Lime Rickey Refresher, a combination of Black Cherry Refresher and limeade, and the Pink Pineapple Sparkling Refresher, which blends pineapple, raspberry, and hibiscus flavors with sparkling water. The Iced Coffee with Peanut Butter Swirl is also available for those preferring a coffee option.

The initial February launch of the buckets generated significant enthusiasm, with some customers reportedly traveling considerable distances to purchase them. Social media reactions to the news of their return indicate continued high demand, with users humorously noting the large capacity as a match for their caffeine needs.
