A sprawling Texas estate once owned by boxing legend George Foreman has been listed for $6 million, and the property's listing agent has reportedly contacted representatives for rapper Drake to gauge his interest. Drake already owns a large ranch in Texas, approximately an hour away from the Foreman property.

The mansion, located in Huffman, northeast of Houston, was the longtime family home of George Foreman, who passed away in March 2025 at the age of 76. The Mediterranean-style property, built in 2001, sits on 13.49 acres behind a gated entrance. It was designed by Foreman and his wife, Mary Joan Martelly, and features nearly 12,000 square feet of living space. The home includes two kitchens, multiple living rooms, a library, two offices, a fitness room, five bedrooms, and nine bathrooms. Throughout the interior, there is imported marble, hardwood flooring, elaborate carpentry, and three fireplaces.

A notable feature of the estate is the kitchen where Foreman filmed commercials for his famous grill. An island in the kitchen bears his initials, 'G.F.'

Beyond the main house, the property includes an approximately 11,000-square-foot climate-controlled garage designed to house a significant car collection, potentially over 50 vehicles. The listing agent, Evan Compean of the Compean Group, noted that the garage could also be repurposed as a boxing gym or basketball court.

The property also reflects another major obsession of Forman's: cars. Tucked behind the house is an approximately 11,000-square-foot climate-controlled collector's garage that was built to hold an astonishing number of vehicles.

Foreman, a two-time world heavyweight champion, won Olympic gold in 1968 and reclaimed the heavyweight title in 1994 at age 45, becoming the oldest fighter to win a world heavyweight title at the time. His career extended beyond boxing into a successful commercial venture with the George Foreman Grill.

While his boxing career made him a household name, it was Foreman's grill that helped make him a commercial powerhouse.

The 13.49-acre parcel is part of a larger approximately 28-acre estate, with an additional 14.79 acres available for separate purchase. This larger parcel includes a tennis court, basketball court, and fishing pond.

The property also features a private well, septic system, and a whole-home generator.

And if the main house isn't enough, there is the possibility of buying more land. The 13.49 acres currently being offered form part of a larger approximately 28-acre estate.

Drake, who is Canadian, has previously purchased a ranch near Chappell Hill, Texas, for approximately $15 million. That property spans around 313 acres.

Evan Compean, founder of the Compean Group, told Daily Mail that his team has contacted representatives for rapper Drake to see whether he could be interested in Foreman's property.
