Drake Celebrates 40th Birthday with Custom Diamond Bracelet Honoring Son and Album
The 'one-of-one' piece features 'Adonis' on one side and 'Iceman' on the other.
Rapper Drake marked his 40th birthday on Saturday with a custom-designed diamond bracelet, a piece dubbed "one of one" by its creators. The elaborate jewelry, designed by Alessandro Bernini of Bernini High Jewelry and Domenico Formichetti, features "Adonis" on one side, referencing Drake's 9-year-old son, and "Iceman" on the other, a nod to his recent album.
The bracelet is crafted with natural gemstones, white gold, and VS diamonds, and was designed to complement Drake's "Ice Gradient Daytona Rolex." This timepiece, valued by experts at approximately $5 million, boasts a fully diamond-encrusted dial, a sapphire bezel and lugs, and a "Freeze the World" engraving on its caseback, a reference to his song "Make Them Know."
Upon receiving the Rolex in August, Drake described it as "the most important thing I have ever had the pleasure of owning."
Drake also celebrated his birthday with a large party at Cipriani 42nd Street. Guests reportedly received Chanel bags as favors and enjoyed a surprise performance by the Backstreet Boys. Attendees also had the chance to win cash prizes up to $1 million.
