Rapper Drake marked his 40th birthday with a star-studded bash in New York City, featuring a surprise performance by the Backstreet Boys. The iconic boy band serenaded the birthday boy with their hit song "I Want It That Way," and Drake joined them onstage for the memorable moment.

The celebration took place Friday night at Casa Cipriani, drawing over 400 guests. Members of the Backstreet Boys, including Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, and Brian Littrell, were all in attendance. Drake himself donned a black tuxedo for the occasion.

Drake spared no expense for his guests, reportedly providing VIP giveaways that included Chanel and Hermes handbags. The event also featured a game show with prizes ranging from thousands of dollars up to $1 million.

The Backstreet Boys' performance comes as the group is reportedly planning to expand their European tour dates to the UK with a show in London in 2027. The band has been performing their Millennium residency at the Las Vegas Sphere, which is set to conclude on December 29. They also completed a 10-night run in Dusseldorf, Germany, from September 25 to October 7.
