Actress Donna Mills, known for her role in "Knots Landing," maintains a demanding fitness routine at 85, which includes 100 sit-ups daily, 50 leg lifts, up to an hour on a stationary bike, and often playing tennis five times a week. Despite her disciplined approach to health, which includes abstaining from sugar, Mills confessed to a continuing "addiction" to Doritos.

"I’m a Doritos addict," Mills told Fox News Digital, specifying nacho cheese as her preferred flavor. "I mean, it’s not good for you. It’s not. You know, I know I shouldn’t do it." She noted that the snack has been a consistent presence throughout her career, with bags often available on sets for her. "But I’ve never lost that. I don’t eat them as much as I used to. But they’re still a treat."

Mills attributes her disciplined work ethic to her early training as a ballerina. "So that gave me a discipline that most people don’t have because ballet is very hard," she explained. Her current regimen incorporates elements of this training, including using a ballet barre in her home gym. "I do 100 sit-ups a day, 50 leg lifts, lots of stretching. I have a ballet barre in my little gym."

Beyond her in-home exercises, Mills stays active on the tennis court. "I play tennis five times a week sometimes. And so that’s very, very important," she said. Her dietary habits have been influenced by a book she read years ago titled "Sugar Blues," which prompted her to avoid sugar. "I’ve always been anti-sugar," Mills stated.

Mills recently launched an OnlyFans account, an endeavor she embraced despite initial unfamiliarity with the platform. She has reported significant interest and earnings from the account, seeing it as an opportunity to connect more closely with fans and offer a glimpse into her daily life. "They want to know me. They want to know what I do during the day when I’m home. They want to see my home. They want to know much more about my personal life than we ever experienced back in the ’80s and the ’90s that, you know, the fans were cut off from."

The actress also shared details about a past photoshoot for Playboy, where she stipulated that she would not pose nude. She recounted that the photographer continued to push boundaries during the shoot, but Mills maintained her stance, believing the photos were impactful without requiring nudity.

Mills views her current stage of life as a new chapter and aims to be an inspiration, particularly to women, demonstrating that aging does not signify an end to an active and engaging life. "I’d like to show people, and particularly women, that it doesn’t have to be over. It’s just a new chapter. It’s not the end... It’s just something you can enjoy. You should enjoy. It’s part of your life."
