Donald Trump Jr. has purchased his ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle's stake in their waterfront mansion in Jupiter, Florida, for $7.6 million. A deed filed in Palm Beach County on August 3 confirms the buyout, which officially closed on July 25.
The six-bedroom estate, located in the gated Admiral's Cove community, was originally bought by Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle for $9.7 million in 2021. The property spans 11,270 square feet and features 11 bathrooms, an elevator, and a fireplace. It underwent a significant renovation prior to the couple's occupancy.
The purchase of the Jupiter home followed the couple's relocation from New York to Florida after the 2020 election, a move shared by other members of the Trump family. Jupiter held personal significance for Trump Jr. as his ex-wife Vanessa and their five children reside nearby.
Guilfoyle, who is now serving as the U.S. ambassador to Greece, is listed with a Delray Beach address on the recent filing, which also bears a stamp from the American embassy in Athens. The buyout comes as Trump Jr. has remarried.
He recently married Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson. The newlyweds are reportedly considering a move to West Palm Beach. Trump Jr. is also reportedly involved in the purchase of a vacant lot in the Prospect Park neighborhood for nearly $15 million. This lot is intended for the construction of a new family home near Mar-a-Lago, designed to accommodate his five children and any future children with Anderson.
The Admiral's Cove estate features contemporary renovations, including white interiors, neutral finishes, and water views from most rooms. The exterior includes a pool, a private dock, and a dock lift. The property is situated a short drive from President Trump's own residence in Palm Beach.
