Donald Trump Jr. has officially severed ties with his ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle by purchasing her stake in their six-bedroom waterfront mansion in Jupiter, Florida, for $8.5 million. The transaction marks a final step in the dissolution of their previous relationship as Trump Jr. solidifies his new life with his wife, Bettina Anderson.
Trump Jr. and Anderson recently celebrated their new marriage by returning to Little Pipe Cay in the Bahamas, the location of their wedding ceremony. Photos from the trip showed the couple enjoying family time and activities, with Bettina Anderson sharing moments on social media.
The Jupiter property, originally purchased by Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle in March 2021 for $9.7 million, was reportedly listed for sale for up to $30 million after their split in late 2024. Current estimates place its value around $19 million. The deed transfer, dated July 25, officially moved Guilfoyle's share to Trump Jr. Official paperwork filed in Palm Beach County states the sale amount as $7.6 million, though a source confirmed the net figure to be $8.5 million.
Following the acquisition, Trump Jr. is now solely responsible for the $4.8 million mortgage on the property. Records indicate the loan was taken out five years prior, and recent payments appear to have only covered the interest on the loan.
The mansion holds significance as it was one of the last public locations where Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle were seen together, during a Labor Day MAGA boat parade in September 2024. By that time, Trump Jr. was already publicly involved with Bettina Anderson, a relationship that had reportedly blindsided Guilfoyle.
Guilfoyle, who was appointed U.S. Ambassador to Greece in September 2025, has relocated her address to Delray Beach, Florida. Meanwhile, Trump Jr. and Anderson are reportedly exploring options for a new home in West Palm Beach, with plans to build a larger residence for his five children from his previous marriage to Vanessa Trump and any future children they may have.
Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson were married in a private ceremony in the Bahamas in May, following a civil ceremony at Anderson's sister's home. The island wedding was attended by family and friends, including Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
