Saturday marked the beginning of a heat wave expected to persist through mid-October, leading to triple-digit temperatures at Dodger Stadium. Fans attending the game were visibly affected by the intense heat, with many seeking ways to stay cool. According to reports from journalist Arash Markazi, stadium staff distributed complimentary Dasani water bottles and Gatorade to attendees. Additionally, large fan misters were set up, and some fans purchased personal-sized misters for $28.
