Mandip Gill, who starred as Yasmin Khan in the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who, has married her long-term partner. The ceremony was attended by former co-star Jodie Whittaker, who portrayed the Thirteenth Doctor alongside Gill.

Gill, 38, shared images from the wedding on Instagram, showcasing her in a traditional Punjabi wedding outfit. Clips of the celebration shared on X showed Whittaker dancing in the background. The actress received congratulations from fellow Doctor Who cast members, including Jo Martin, Pearl Mackie, Sophie Aldred, and former showrunner Russell T Davies.

Gill announced her engagement in May, sharing a humorous photo with a jelly sweet ring. The proposal occurred while she was traveling abroad. Gill's acting credits include roles in "Cuckoo," "Doctors," "The Good Karma Hospital," and "Casualty." She is widely recognized for her role as Yaz on Doctor Who, which concluded for her character in 2022.

Prior to her Doctor Who role, Gill played Phoebe McQueen in the Channel 4 soap opera "Hollyoaks" from 2012 to 2015. During her time on "Hollyoaks," she was involved in significant storylines and also made guest appearances in "Casualty" and "Doctors."
