DJ Moore Injured in Bills' Blowout Loss to Lions

Buffalo Bills wide receiver DJ Moore left Thursday night's game against the Detroit Lions in the second quarter with a shoulder injury and stinger, an injury that later resulted in the team ruling him out for the remainder of the contest.
Moore sustained the injury while diving for a pass in the end zone with less than three minutes remaining in the first half. He walked off the field with trainers and headed to the locker room for X-rays.
The potential absence of Moore, acquired from the Bears in the offseason for a 2026 second-round pick, would represent a significant blow to a Bills team that had targeted him as their primary wide receiver. In the Bills' opening game, Moore recorded five receptions for 100 yards and a touchdown on eight targets.
Last season, Moore caught 50 passes for 682 yards and six touchdowns. Despite losing Moore, the Bills' offense was dominant in the first half, scoring four touchdowns and leading the Lions 27-10 at halftime.
