Former NFL reporter Dianna Russini was observed vacationing with her husband, Kevin Goldschmidt, and their two young sons in the Bahamas over the Fourth of July weekend. The family embarked on a week-long voyage aboard the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas, with stops in Florida and the Bahamas, according to Page Six. An eyewitness described the couple as affectionate during the trip, noting that Russini "blew her husband a kiss at one point across the pool" and that they appeared "very family oriented with their kids."
The family getaway occurs months after Russini became the subject of intense media scrutiny concerning allegations of an affair with NFL coach Mike Vrabel. Vrabel himself recently faced public criticism after a video surfaced showing him not holding a door for his wife, Jen, as they entered a vehicle. This incident occurred as they were departing a hotel for a wedding event.
The controversy surrounding Vrabel and Russini initially surfaced in March when suggestive photos of them at an Arizona retreat were published. Russini, who was married to Goldschmidt in September 2020 and has since had two sons with him, denied any wrongdoing. She had been reporting on Vrabel for ESPN when photos of them together on a lake in 2021 were also published. Vrabel, who was named the reigning NFL Coach of the Year in 2025, acknowledged causing "a distraction to the people that I care most about, my family, this football team, the organization and our fans." He later attended a family counseling session.
Russini departed her role as an NFL reporter for The Athletic following the emergence of intimate pictures reportedly featuring her and Vrabel. The New York Post also published images purportedly showing Vrabel and Russini kissing in a Manhattan bar in March 2020. Russini's resignation came after she was placed on leave.
